Distribution Central has appointed Matthew Mole as the company's new sales engineer. Mole brings over 25 years' technical experience to the DC New Zealand team, having worked for a range of vendors and resellers including 3Com, Interconnect (Datacom) and most recently Brocade.

Mole is qualified on all Brocade switching, routing and application switching equipment, holding BCNP and BCNE-L47 certifications, and is also a Xirrus and Meru qualified Wireless technician.

“DC is committed to the New Zealand channel and we’ve been continuously investing in this commitment since we first launched in New Zealand in 2006,” says Nick Verykios, managing director of Distribution Central.

“We’re excited to have Matthew on board, adding to our local technical expertise, and his appointment is yet another example of our ongoing investment,” he adds.

Mole is based in DC’s Auckland office and is responsible for providing technical support and services for the NZ reseller channel for AccessData, F5, Aruba, Extreme, Infoblox, NetScout, Riverbed and Xirrus. He joins a growing technical team including Diego Viso and Michael Ennis who support DC’s storage & data centre, and voice & video solutions respectively.
