Reardon returns to D-Link

Graeme Reardon heads back to D-Link as its regional director

Networking vendor, D-Link has hired Graeme Reardon, as its new ANZ regional director.

Reardon first worked for D-Link in 2000 as its A/NZ national sales manager for about four years before joining Cisco’s consumer business group. He left Cisco in 2009 and took up the national sales manager role at distributor, Multimedia Technology.

Reardon will be responsible for running the sales and marketing side of the business.

Last month D-Link appointed Jacky Chang as its new A/NZ managing director, replacing Domenic Torre.

“Jacky has hired me for my local experience and I’ll be working closely with Maurice on the marketing side to make sure we’ve got integrated campaigns rolling out to the market,” he said. “Hopefully it’s a good combination.”

In the past few days Reardon has been meeting D-Link’s partners and said his experience across both distribution and vendor organisations has helped develop a deep understanding of both sides and their requirements.

Reardon said he was looking forward to working with some of the team again, which were pretty much the same people when he initially joined the company in 2000.
