Red Hat takes cloud on the road

Free seminars aimed at CIOs in Auckland, Wellington.

Red Hat will be hosting two road shows in October to explain the value of cloud computing for businesses. The free half day business seminars will cover how open source tools and services can use the potential for cloud computing and how businesses can evolve to the cloud at their own pace. Chairman and CEO of Red Hat Jim Whitehurst will deliver a keynote speech via video link-up, examining the challenges of today's CIO and the role of cloud computing in reducing IT costs and complexity. A number of Red Hat advanced business partners will be participating in the road tour events. The road shows take place on Tuesday, 21 September at the Hilton in Auckland and on Thursday, 23 September at the Intercontinental in Wellington.
