Sage One Accounts app to be offered on Google Marketplace

App is designed to integrate with suite of tools directed at SMEs

Enterprise software company Sage UK has announced that Sage One Accounts will be one of the first accounting apps for small businesses available through Google Marketplace.

Sage One is Sage's family of software-as-a-service tools, giving small business owners a way to manage finances and payroll and collaborate with their accountants in real-time.

The Sage One Accounts software allows users to create and email invoices directly to customers, reconcile their bank and submit their VAT returns from anywhere with an internet connection .

The app has been designed to integrate with the suite of tools directed at SMEs on Google Market Place, extending Sage One beyond its existing customer base to users who will be able to get access directly through Google.

"This partnership will give our customers easier, quicker, and better access to our services, enabling them to manage much more of their business in the cloud without the need for lots of passwords- and you can sign up in a link or two," said Nick Goode, Head of Sage One.

Sage One Accounts costs £10.00 per month (plus VAT) and requires no formal training. However, free 24 hour support is available either on the phone, via email or on the web.

The company said that it would also be working with Google to better integrate more tools and services into Google Marketplace, to achieve more efficient and effective business management for SMEs.
