CA to acquire Eurekify

Technology company CA has signed an agreement with Eurekify to acquire the identity and role management solutions provider.

The deal is expected to close by the end of the month after which Eurekify's operations will be integrated into CA's business. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

According to CA, the acquisition extends CA's leadership in identity and access management.

"Together, CA and Eurekify deliver a compelling solution for managing the identity lifecycle that fits modern business needs," said Azi Cohen, CEO of Eurekify.

Second acquisition for CA

Eurekify is CA's second acquisition in the security space in two months, coming on the heels of the purchase of IDFocus in October.

The combination of CA Identity Manager with Eurekify Enterprise Role Manager delivers a system which helps customers clean up existing identity data and build a role model with the best available information, the IT firm stated.
