Adobe ships Production and Master CS3 suites

Adobe's Creative Suite 3 Production Premium and Creative Suite 3 Master Collection are shipping as of today.

The company describes Adobe Production Premium CS3 as the industry's "most comprehensive collection of integrated cross-platform post-production software tools."

Included applications within the Production Premium suite include After Effects CS3 Professional, Premiere Pro CS3, Encore CS3, Photoshop CS3 Extended, Illustrator CS3, Flash CS3 Professional, and Soundbooth CS3, which can all also be purchased as stand-alone applications.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 offers enhanced features such as new format support and a unique Time Remapping tool that improves slow motion and variable speed effects. After Effects CS3 software introduces Shape Layers for drawing and animating vector shapes; the Puppet tool for stretching and manipulating 2D images; and the Brainstorm tool for generating and previewing animation variations.

The software also includes solutions for direct-to-disk recording and chroma keying.

Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection combines all 12 of Adobe's new design and development products: InDesign; Photoshop Extended; Illustrator; Flash Professional; Illustrator; Dreamweaver; Fireworks; Contribute, After Effects professional; Premiere Pro; Soundbooth; Encore and Acrobat 8 Pro.

Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium and Master Collection software both support Intel Macs, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
