Waikato DHB to replace unified communications

Includes headsets, VoIP and PABX

Voice communication platforms at the Waikato District Health Board (DHB) are aging and need replacing. The DHB wants a single integrated voice service installed.

The supplier will need to provide a number of services at its seven sites. These include a 1200 extension analogue service including G3 fax capability, procuring 3500 analogue and VoIP handsets and headsets.

The DHB also needs a hands free staff to staff call system and call manager services. Technical and user training for the new system will need to be provided

Suppliers must have a minimum five year trading history, with annual turnover in excess of $1 million.

The deadline for replies is Monday, March 22.
