Siemens’ product lifecycle management (PLM) software division has signed up three new resellers to extend its reach across Australia and New Zealand.

Based in the US, Siemens PLM Software is a business unit of Siemens Industry Automation Division.

The vendor is determined to continue its growth through the channel, according to Siemens PLM Software regional vice-president, Rajiv Ghatikar.

Siemens PLM Software has also brought in a new professional services team to boost service for the local market.

“The new appointments, dedicated customer-support and service initiatives expand our reach and execution capability to help customers leverage PLM to capitalise on growing market opportunities,” Ghatikar said in a statement.

Phoenx PLM, EnDuraSim and ADA CADPartners are the new partners on-board.

Phoenx PLM, a national reseller, will sell the vendor’s full range of products while EnDuraSim is now a Tier 1 reseller based in Sydney. The latter will focus on the vendor’s computer aided engineering (CAE) product range.
