Ingram Micro rumoured to be new Apple distributor

Disti may take on vendor in January

Reports within the industry suggest that Renaissance is set to lose its local exclusive distribution rights for Apple and that Ingram Micro may be appointed as a second distributor in January.

Renaissance recently announced the creation of a new management team within the existing direct sales team who will be selling a portfolio to education and enterprise customers which includes Apple products.

Ingram Micro and Apple have been contacted for comment but have not returned calls as yet.
