Express Data wins Best of the Best workplace

Distributor in top three for employee engagement

Express ANZ has been named by Hewitt as one of the top three employers in its Best Employers list.
Dimension Data Australia and Microsoft Australia also made the Best of the Best. This is the first time three companies in the same industry have topped the list.

According to Hewitt the results attest to the approaches taken by the individual companies, rather than reflecting growth in the IT market.
‘The technology market did not have an easy ride for 2009 with organisations and the public alike reducing their IT investments.’

Sales and marketing general manager Paul Plester says the company has been taking part in the ANZ Hewitt survey for the last three years with this fantastic result for 2009.

“This is an indication of the focus that everyone at Express Data puts on being a best workplace.”

The judging panel assessed Express Data on five main criteria including employee engagement, future planning and positive employee experiences.
