SnapperNet resellers hooked up with Patton

Partners now certified and ready to sell

SnapperNet gave its resellers some new skills with an Auckland training day on Patton’s SmartNode VoIP telephony product.

Patton is a manufacturer of voice and data communications. The resellers are now certified Patton partners.

SnapperNet director Richard Paul says the course included hands-on activities such as network analysis, VoIP application assessment and VoIP troubleshooting with live calls.

Companies that took part included Solarix, BTG, Horizon Pacific, Technologix, Discovery Tech, IT Securities, 3BitVoice, Axis Direct, Vistagate, Sentinel Technologies and IT Net World.

Sentinel Technologies director Philip Hitchcock says the summit was the ideal opportunity to receive hands on training and improve its service to customers.
