By Reseller News Staff, Auckland | Thursday, 24 September 2009

The Ministry of Economic Development is looking for a software development and services supplier.

The purpose of the services is to enable the Ministry to develop and maintain business applications for its branches. Its current agreements expire at the end of 2009 so a new supplier will be needed for the next five years.

It wants to develop 50 .Net applications, 10 J2EE applications and eight Microsoft customer relationship management offerings. Services are also needed for its 20 websites and intranet environment.

The deadline for replies is Monday, October 5. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 27337.
