Zeacom, a provider of multi-channel contact center and business process automation solutions has launched version 7.0 of its Zeacom Communications Center (ZCC) software platform, which features TouchPoint, a redesigned user interface, and new campaign tools for customers using Microsoft Lync.
The latest version brings multi-lingual support to customers, with Latin American Spanish, German, and Russian language options now available.
